She will also inaugurate the Lagos Industrial Leather Hub in Matori, Mushin, described as the largest of its kind in West Africa.

Before her arrival, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, urged residents to extend a warm reception to the First Lady.

“I urge all Lagosians to accord Her Excellency a very warm welcome and the great hospitality for which we are famous. We are proud of her initiatives, which will surely bring smiles to the faces of the vulnerable among us,” Sanwo-Olu said in a statement issued by the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso.

The Governor said that the visit reflects Senator Tinubu’s “unwavering dedication to the promotion of national unity, advancement of women and children, and strengthening of social welfare initiatives—all of which align with the State Government’s commitment to inclusive governance and sustainable development.”
