Youths of Badagry RCCG Dunamis Assembly turned the exterior surroundings of the church into a hub of fitness and fellowship on Saturday as they engaged in a sporting exercise.
The exercise, organised by the church’s youth group, featured outdoor and indoor activities designed to keep participants physically active while promoting interaction among them.
The outdoor session opened with warm-up routines, including light jogging, arm circles and high knees, followed by stretching exercises involving the arms, legs and waist.
Participants also engaged in cardio activities such as jogging, high knees and running, alongside lower-body exercises. The upper-body session featured push-ups, arm circles and shoulder stretches.
The programme also included indoor recreational activities such as Ludo, Whot and skipping, giving participants an opportunity to relax and interact after the physical exercises.
Beyond the sporting activities, the youths received biblical encouragement from John 15:1-9, with the session linking their physical activities with spiritual reflection.
The PICZ, Pst. Oluseye Agboola, also participated fully in the sporting activities alongside the youths.
Refreshments were also provided for participants at the end of the programme.
