CDCFIB Reopens Applications, Reveals Recruitment Portal

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has reopened its online recruitment portal for applicants seeking positions in its paramilitary agencies.

This was announced in a statement issued on Sunday, July 20, and signed by the Board. As of today, Monday, July 21, 2025, the application portal — https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng is fully accessible to the public.

Applicants who had already begun the registration process are encouraged to log in and complete their submissions. The Board explained that the brief closure was necessary to upgrade the system following an overwhelming surge in traffic.

CDCFIB apologised for the disruption and assured the public of its commitment to a transparent and fair process. The agency also reminded prospective applicants that the entire application process is completely free of charge.
