A Political Affairs Analyst and Social Commentator, Oni Olalekan, has canvassed support for Engr. Oladipupo David Okeowo, describing him as a strong contender capable of delivering quality representation for Ikeja Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
In a statement made available to journalists, Olalekan outlined Okeowo’s professional background and personal values, positioning him as a candidate whose experience and outlook align with the needs of the constituency.
He said Okeowo, a civil engineer with over a decade of experience, has handled complex projects and built a track record that reflects sound planning and execution. The analyst noted that such exposure places him in a good position to understand policy formulation and implementation within a legislative setting.
Olalekan also drew attention to Okeowo’s character, describing him as a man guided by discipline and moral principles. He said the aspirant has remained committed to humanitarian causes, with consistent efforts aimed at addressing poverty and social challenges within his community.
Speaking on his leadership style, he said, “The true measure of a man is not in what he has, but in what he gives.”
The analyst maintained that Okeowo’s bid is anchored on a clear plan to improve governance and deliver measurable outcomes for residents of Ikeja Constituency 1. He described the aspirant as someone who combines competence with compassion, adding that his proposals are structured to exceed past records and drive development.
At a time when voters are seeking responsive representation, Olalekan said Okeowo offers a clear direction for the future.
“Leadership is not about titles; it is about impact, influence, and inspiration,” he added.
