This development was made public in a statement issued by Sanusi Dantata, who confirmed that preparations are currently underway for the funeral prayer (Janazah), scheduled to be held tomorrow at the Prophet’s Mosque.

“Alhamdulillah, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has approved the remains of late Alh. Aminu Dantata to be buried in the Holy land of Madinah,” the statement read.

Dantata, a towering figure in Nigerian commerce and philanthropy, passed away recently after a lifetime of service and generosity that left a lasting mark on both the business community and countless individuals across the country.

He will be laid to rest among the faithful in one of Islam’s most sacred cities. Prayers continue to pour in from around the world, with many asking God to forgive his shortcomings, show him mercy, and grant him a place in Al-Jannah Firdaus.
