The State Governor of the Centre of Excellence (Lagos), Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday, saw off President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, as the President departed the state after spending the Sallah holiday.
In a statement shared on his verified social media platform, the governor expressed unwavering support for the President’s leadership and development-focused programs, assuring that Lagos remains committed to contributing meaningfully to the progress of the nation.
Governor Sanwo-Olu extended his best wishes to the President for a safe journey and success in his upcoming duties, pledging continued cooperation in efforts to improve the well-being of all Nigerians.
The statement reads “Today, I accompanied His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and saw him off as he departed the state following the Sallah break.
